Instructions

  1. Chop the cabbage, onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, and cook for another minute.
  5. Add tomatoes, vegetable broth, and cabbage, and bring to a boil.
