- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in the rice and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20-25 minutes until rice is cooked.
- Stir in the heavy cream before serving.
