  • 6 cups chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, chickpeas, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, broth, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the slow cooker.
