  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add butter and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and shredded coconut.
  6. Pour the coconut mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
  9. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled pie.
  10. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Ensure the pie is completely cooled before serving to allow it to set.
