2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream
2 cups fresh raspberries
1 cup chocolate pudding mix
2 cups milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream and spread over the crust.
Layer the fresh raspberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package instructions. Pour over the raspberries.
Chill the lasagna in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
