A delightful and simple recipe for cranberry meatballs that adds a festive touch to any holiday gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Form mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the meatballs with cranberry sauce.
  6. Serve warm with additional cranberry sauce on the side.

Notes

  • These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
