9 lasagna noodles
1 pound ground turkey
6 slices turkey bacon
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by half of the turkey mixture, half of the chopped bacon, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers, topping with the remaining noodles, marinara sauce, and cheeses.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add more garlic or herbs to the turkey mixture.
