This One Bowl Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is a simple and delightful treat that combines the rich flavors of ripe bananas and chocolate chips, all made in one bowl for easy clean-up.

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add in baking soda and salt, and mix well.
  5. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla, and mix until combined.
