Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  3. Melt butter in a cast-iron skillet and pour in the batter.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and puffed.
