  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set. Let cool on wire racks.

Notes

  • For extra chocolate flavor, you can add more chocolate chips.
  • Make sure not to overbake to keep them soft and chewy.
