A delicious low-carb casserole that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey with onions until cooked through.
  4. Add cauliflower rice, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Try adding additional veggies for more flavor.
