  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup cooked kidney beans
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, black beans, kidney beans, turkey bacon, red onion, bell pepper, and parsley.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
