Delicious and indulgent Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs, filled with savory turkey bacon and cheesy goodness.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and seal tightly.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add some diced jalapeños to the filling.
  • These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
