1 pound ground beef
4 slices turkey bacon
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 jar marinara sauce
4 sub rolls
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and diced turkey bacon until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat.
Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
Toast the sub rolls in the oven for 5 minutes.
Assemble the subs by placing meatballs in the rolls, topping with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Return to the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!

For extra flavor, add herbs to the marinara sauce.
