  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until incorporated.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with lemon slices if desired.
