8 ounces orzo pasta
4 ounces Boursin cheese
4 slices turkey bacon
4 ounces chicken ham
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook orzo according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked orzo, Boursin cheese, chopped turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Feel free to replace turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
