  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine chicken, rice, tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
