  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Brown chicken on both sides for about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour the sauce over.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of sides.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Leftover sauce can be used as a glaze for other proteins or vegetables.
