  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the chocolate cookie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
