  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
  3. Place a portion of the mixture in the center of each tortilla, roll them up, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush the chimichangas with olive oil.
