  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place it in a greased baking dish.
  3. Add the mixed berries on top of the bread cubes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and berries.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter on top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use challah bread instead of brioche.
