1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup refried beans
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 flour tortillas
2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)
1/4 cup salsa (for serving)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Remove from heat.
Spread refried beans, ground beef, and cheese on each tortilla.
Roll tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to secure filling.
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
