  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in sugar and butter.
  3. Add eggs, and mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the pecans.
  7. Pour the batter into cupcake liners.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before frosting.
  10. For frosting, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  11. Frost the cooled cupcakes.
