Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
